4 Reasons Why This is A Fat Burning Meal

Tuna – protein that takes a lot of energy to break down in your body causing you to burn calories

Avocado – filled with monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats that help your body release fat naturally

Brown Rice – starchy carbs to help fuel your body with the glucose that it needs, in a slow manner (it is a slow releasing carb which means it won’t spike blood sugar)

Red Pepper – spicy foods have been shown to help increase metabolism

What This Goes Well With?

Adding an amazing nutriblast drink with your NutriBullet is an awesome way to make this meal as healthy as possible!

All the help you can give me will be appreciated. I will definitely make this. I have one question that is bothering me. I am using the nutriBullet daily, having 2 drinks per day. One is 100% veggy and one is 80% veggie 20  % fruit. So far counting calories for the 2 drinks would be 200 per drink. Right?
Also should I add my walnut, pumpkins seed boosts in only one of my drinks due to the calorie count?
I can’t seem to get a clear idea of how many calories I am consuming? please help.

To figure out how many calories you are consuming, you can use an online calorie counter. If you have an IPhone, you can also download an app!

Tried this with Costco wild canned salmon instead, a tablespoon of olive oil, lots of dill and cayenne pepper. Tasted so decadent. But now Costco is out of the salmon so I will try the tuna combo, maybe with basil, oregano, and celery powder.

If you don’t like tuna, can you substitute in chicken?
