How I Lost 52 Pounds, And Your First Step

Because you signed up for this e-mail course, I am going to assume that you want to lose at least 10 pounds or more.

My promise to you is that after you take the time go through this short e-mail course, you will have a solid foundation of knowledge that you can implement in your life to reach any one of your weight loss goals.

But before we get to all of that though, I would like to share my story with you about how I lost 52 pounds!

When I first started my weight loss journey, I knew that I wanted to lose weight, but I have to be honest and say that I didn’t have a clue what to do!

I did try the occasional fad diet every now and then, but the progress I made was diminished a week after I got off the diet because it just wasn’t normal.

As I am sure you can relate, it was a continual yoyo guessing game that left me feeling very frustrated, especially after being a fit athlete during college. I would sit down at restaurants and not know what to eat, and then when I stepped on the scale a few days later I just wanted to die sometimes because the number kept going up!

Even though this was really hard to deal with for me…

I was lucky to come to a point where I got smart enough and figured out the best first step I needed to take to lose the 52 pounds which made me feel tired all the time, and just completely out of shape!

The moment of truth for me came when I realized something…

Instead of trying to figure how to reach my weight loss goal for myself through trial and error, with a lot of frustration, I decided reach out to experts who have been there and done that.

What a concept right?!

And boy that was the best decision I ever made because…

I was able to implement everything they taught me to achieve my first weight loss goal of losing 52 pounds of fat from my body. Another great benefit of achieving this goal was that I took my body fat percentage from 30 -15% and got into the best shape of my life.

Because staying lean and healthy is important to me, I have maintained the results, and continue to live by the principles set forth in this e-mail course. You will learn how to do all of that and more in this course!

Before we jump into the first lesson to helping you get started to losing your first ten pounds I want to share one more thing with you…

Anybody can lose weight when they apply the right knowledge and behavior learned from people who have been there and done that. I want this e-mail course and company to be that solution for you so you don’t have to deal with the same struggle and frustration I had to for so long!

So with all of that being said…

I know you are excited to get started so let’s get to it …

The first thing you should do before starting any weight loss journey is sit and think about why you want to lose your first 10 pounds. I recommend that you write it on an index card you can tape to your mirror or put in your wallet or purse to carry around.

This is really important because…

For you to be the most effective in getting the best results through following this e-mail course it is imperative that you write down your “WHY” for wanting to lose ten pounds, and place that note card or piece of paper wherever you will see it every day.

Taking this first baby step is going to set you on the right path to achieving your goal faster, because it will continually motivate you to stick the many behaviors you will be learning and implementing all throughout this e-mail course in the days and weeks ahead!

I look forward to going along this journey with you, and know you are going to do great!

Best,
